I design and lead high-load PHP backends. I started with CRMs and order-processing systems and grew into payment cores and multi-tenant platforms at a federal scale.

  Early systems: ISP billing, a call-center CRM for tens of thousands of accounts, an OMS handling 1,000+ orders a day, security audits per OWASP Top 10.
• 2011–2015
  HotelsPro / Kakdoma: a PMS built from scratch — modular architecture, hotel portfolio growth from 10 to 150+, billing with 5+ acquirers, WebSockets, the path from internal tool to SaaS; CI/CD and SVN → Git migration.
• 2015–2017
  City Business School: a high-load B2C platform for 100,000+ users — monolith decomposition, caching, APM from scratch.
• 2018–2021
  РОСШТРАФЫ: payment core — 20,000+ successful transactions a day, 99.99% uptime, ClickHouse analytics instead of multi-hour reports.
• 2021–2025
  Bell Integrator, Express platform (Gazpromneft Supply): Tech Lead and backend team lead — HA multi-tenant logistics, RBAC, SSE auctions, −40% incidents.

Principles

• Reliability over speed of the moment: uptime and fault tolerance come from architecture, not heroics during incidents.
• Trade-offs made explicit: every decision has a cost — I document constraints and alternatives, not just the benefits.
